Just 150 meters from Saint Mark’s Square! This apartment is full of colours, just like Venice! Other than the master bedroom with a private bathroom, this apartment features a second bedroom, separated by the landing, with a double bed and another bathroom. It may seem bizarre, but such a structure is a typical characteristic of mediaeval venetian buildings! ideal for two couples or a small group of friends that want to share spaces without having to give up their privacy.

The apartment consists of two different parts on the same floor: the second bedroom and bathroom are separated from the master bedroom and the dining area. You'll have only three steps between the two parts which are connected by the building's stairwell that leads to the top floor. This type of structure is very common in Venice’s historical city center.

The apartment is on fourth floor, with no elevator (please note that historical buildings in San Marco do not have the elevator).

It is equipped with two comfortable double beds. One is in the master bedroom (195cm x 165cm) and the other in the second bedroom (195cm x 140cm). Both bedrooms have a smart TV with Netflix, as well as speedy wi-fi internet connection, air conditioning and independent heating.

The living room boasts a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, kettle, dishes and all the cookware accessories necessary for cooking.

Finally, you will enjoy a small well-appointed bathroom with all the necessities and basic amenities: soaps, hairdryer, towels, iron and more. Linens and towels are provided.
